It's happy hour here in the nations capitol. I've got Andrea sitting on my lap, a cold longneck in my hand and the FOMC on my mind. I'm raisin' rates tomorrow. Bottoms up...I'm talking about Andrea now...and I mean it old lady...bottoms up!
